SaltSpring Kitchen Co. has been making gourmet jams, preserves, and hot sauces on Salt Spring Island since 2012. Our new, seasonal, or limited-edition flavours are the small-batch releases that come and go — holiday flavours, seasonal features, and one-time collaborations to give Canadian retailers something fresh to feature throughout the year.

Seasonal flavours like Winter Wonder Jam are part of our core holiday calendar, with pre-orders opening each August and shipping beginning early September to support holiday gifting and entertaining in gift, specialty, and grocery shops across Canada. Limited-edition flavours rotate based on production capacity, ingredient availability, and the team's creative direction.
