Three New Multi-Packs, and Our Seasonal Flavours Are Back

"When is Winter Wonder Jam coming back? Do you have the cranberry one yet?" We love that.

It means the flavours we only make once a year have found their people, and those people are counting on you to have them on the shelf. So here is everything we have for the season ahead.

"We're thrilled to launch our new items for the fall and winter season this year," says Melanie Mulherin, our founder. "We're offering smaller collections with two flavours, for the first time at retail, and a new jar that we think customers are going to love. They're wider, they look more like our 250ml jars, and they make for a better experience at the table and on the shelf. We've wrapped these seasonal collections in red and green striped boxes to look festive and seasonal, but not out of place in September, and feel already wrapped."

Two Gifts That Elevate the Everyday, from Breakfast to Happy Hour

This is the first time we've put two jars in a box at retail, and we made two of them! One red, one green, three of each in every case you order. Same size, same price, one sweet and one sweet and spicy.

We started out making things for the cheese board, and for years that was the whole idea. The line has grown since then, and so has our thinking. Elevate the everyday means these flavours are as at home on a Tuesday morning as they are when people come over on Saturday night.

The Winter Duo Collection - Red pairs Apple & Fig Spread with Winter Wonder Jam. Apples, figs, chardonnay, orange, fennel, and vanilla in one jar, with strawberries, cranberries, oranges, warm spices, and a splash of bourbon in the other. Both are wonderful on toast and scones and folded into holiday baking, and both are just as good on a cheese board in the evening. It makes a lovely gift for the person who always brings the muffins.

The Winter Duo Collection - Green is about having people over, or about giving something to your favourite host. Sweet and spicy together, for alongside a meal, on a board, and everywhere in between. Triple Pepper Jelly is new for us this year, made with red bell peppers, jalapeños, and habanero, finished with lime and fresh orange so it’s bright and juicy rather than just hot. We're loving the feedback and the sell-through on it so far, and we think it will be a big one this fall and winter. Its partner is Cranberry, Sour Cherry & Port Preserve: tart cranberries and sour cherries with rich Port and a hint of cinnamon, and it pairs with roast dinner and the sandwich you make with the leftovers.

The Everyday Sampler Collection is our newest collection, and it solves a problem we hear about a lot. With more than twenty flavours in the line, where does somebody start?

Four 47ml jars, one from each corner of what we make. Raspberry & Rose Spread, bright and floral with raspberries, lemon juice, and rose water. Hot Mango Spread, our best seller, sweet ripe mango balanced with habanero and jalapeño. Apple & Fig Spread, rich with chardonnay, orange, fennel, and vanilla. And Charcuterie Mustard, a whole grain mustard made with ale, for a ham sandwich or a soft pretzel.

If you run a hotel, a bed and breakfast, or a vacation rental, this one works beautifully as a welcome gift in the room. Shops, keep it near the till. It is small, it looks good, and it is an easy yes on the way out the door. It will be a great stocking stuffer!

Winter Wonder Jam Is Really a Summer Jam

We named this one more than a decade ago back in our very first batch, and the name stuck. It just sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? But the truth is it starts in summer, when strawberries hit their peak. That's what we are capturing, and then we add the rest around it with cranberries, oranges, warm spices, and a splash of bourbon. Bright and comforting at the same time, which is a hard thing to get right.

It's our best-selling seasonal flavour by a wide margin. We have guests in the Tasting Room and customers in our online shop asking for it year-round, and we still only make it once a year. We usually sell out by November, so stock up while it is here.

Toast, waffles, thumbprint cookies, over a baked brie, or added into a whisky smash, this flavour does it all.

Cranberry, Sour Cherry & Port Preserve Enjoyed all Fall & Winter

Cranberry, Sour Cherry & Port Preserve is back too. Tart cranberries and sour cherries with rich Port and a hint of cinnamon, with great depth of flavour.

It goes out for Thanksgiving and fall tables, comes back around for the giving season in December, and then keeps getting used well into January in grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches or alongside dessert. Two big central occasions, but a longer run on the shelf than most seasonal products get.
